Description
Working Principle and Technology
Hydraulic power: Because of the hardness of steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminium tubes, the machine works with high-pressure hydraulic cylinders.
Expanding: A segmented die (mandrel) inserted into the tube opens outwards under hydraulic force and expands the tube end precisely and evenly.
Applications
- Automotive and exhaust: Leak-tight joining of exhaust pipes.
- HVAC: Joining heating, cooling and copper installation pipes.
- Furniture and scaffolding: Metal table/chair legs, tent poles and scaffolding tubes.
