İsmet Macit Built Türkiye's First Lockformer
Our founder İsmet Macit was the first person to build a lockformer in Türkiye. Built on that pioneering step, Kaş Makina has been producing reliable machines for duct manufacturers with the same craftsmanship since 1996.

Square Duct Line
From coil to finished duct on a single line
Enter the dimensions on the PLC touch screen; the machine feeds, straightens, cuts and folds the sheet. The screen shows processed square metres and the number of ducts produced.

Coil feeding
Sheet is fed into the line from the coil carriers.

Straightening
The straightening unit flattens the material.

Seam & cut
Pittsburgh, Snaplock or Numlock seams are formed and the sheet is cut to size.
